Transesophageal echocardiography image after induction of anesthesia. This is the only transesophageal echocardiography image we recorded after induction of anesthesia. Because of poor image quality due to loose contact of the TEE probe to the reconstructed esophagus mucosa, the aortic valve was barely visible
