Portable supine chest radiograph in the operating room. It shows diffuse hilar haziness with increased density at the base of the right and left lungs. There were no signs for pneumothorax and a slight elevation of the right hemidiaphragm. Although the right hemidiaphragm was located at the fourth intercostal space, the right hemidiaphragmatic paralysis could not be diagnosed on this chest radiograph
